Policies – Updated 6/18/26
- Client must fill out all necessary forms and sign the pet sitting contract before any services will begin, unless agreed upon by A Case for Tails LLC and Client.
- Cancellation or “No-Show”: Any visit cancelled less than 8 hours prior, or a “no-show”, will be subject to a cancellation fee. “No-Show” is defined as client not answering their door, pet not being ready, not being home at time of agreed service, client “forgetting” to cancel or re-schedule, client returning early or otherwise defined by A Case for Tails LLC.
- Overnight sits require a 50% deposit due no later than 24 hours prior to start. Deposits are non-refundable once the visit starts, even if client decides to return early. Overnights require a referral by a friend or prior client of A Case for Tails LLC.
- A good-faith effort will be made by A Case for Tails LLC to get to drop-in during the time range discussed, but cannot be guaranteed. Amount of time spent at drop-in is fully up to A Case for Tails LLC discretion to complete service and/or agreed upon beforehand. There is no guaranteed amount of time spent at any drop-in.
- Fees are subject to change at any time depending on factors such as gas prices, time of day, miles traveled, service area, etc.
