For the safety of your dogs, full walks will
only be offered during the following times:
8am - 10am
7pm - 9pm
8am - 10am

Pet Sitting Policies Updated 7/15/24
- Beginning 5/1/24, any dog walk that is requested outside of summer hours (8a - 10a, 7p - 9p) will be limited to 15 minutes max due to the extreme heat in Florida. This is for the safety of your pet.
- Cancellation or No Show - Any visit cancelled less than 8 hours in advance or a "no show" will be subject to a $10 fee.
- Vacation visits - Require a deposit of 50% of the total due no later than 24 hours before the visit begins. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the visit. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit their deposit.
- Once the Vacation visit is confirmed and deposit paid, you have secured that slot. Once a Vacation visit begins, you will not be refunded if you return early or need less visits.
- You must fill out all the necessary forms before any service except dog walking begins. Forms will be emailed once consultation is booked.
A Case for Tails LLC reserves the right to decline or refuse service for any reason.

I need a dog walker in Tampa - is that something you offer?
Yes! I offer dog walking in Tampa for $20 per walk, up to 30 minutes.
Do you offer cat sitting?
Yes! I offer cat sitting in Tampa and Pasco. This includes litter scooping, feeding, playing, medications and tidying. I will also take out the trash if you'd like. I have taken care of many cats in my career, including some seniors. This includes areas like Lutz, Northdale, Wesley Chapel, Carrollwood, and more.
What is a vacation visit? Is that overnight pet sitting?
I can either stay at your home or you can bring your dog to me for boarding. There will be no other pets in my home if you choose to board. A deposit and signed forms (vet information, emergency contacts) are required.
Can I board my pet with you?
Yes! I offer boarding in my home for dogs under 40lbs. I live in a condo so I will be walking them A LOT! They will be there without any other pets and I am home most of the day. And yes, dogs are allowed on the bed and couch. I am not able to board cats at this time, but you can still book me to come and check on them in your home.
Do you need to meet my pet beforehand?
Yes, if possible. I offer a FREE consultation where I come by and meet you and your pet to get all necessary information. It isn't required, but it is highly recommended.
When do I have to pay? What payments do you take?
Payment is due upon service completion - However I can work with you on this.
Vacation visits require a 50% of the total cost deposit before service. The remaining balance is to be paid after completion.
